Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data: the email and password you register with, and an anonymous device identifier used to reduce fraud and abuse.
• Usage data: prompts, uploads, generated outputs, model and feature choices, token balance and transactions, and basic logs such as IP address, approximate country, browser type, and timestamps.
• Payment data: cryptocurrency payment confirmations and wallet/transaction references needed to credit your tokens. We do not store private keys.
• Support data: messages you send us.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• provide, secure, and improve the service and your generations;
• process token purchases and prevent fraud and abuse;
• enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy and comply with the law; and
• communicate with you about your account and support requests.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to host the service, run the AI models, and process cryptocurrency payments. These providers process data only to perform services for us and under confidentiality obligations. We can provide more detail about the categories of providers on request. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Legal and safety disclosures

We may access, preserve, and disclose information when we reasonably believe it is needed to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to enforce our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or us. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law, and we may preserve related records for that purpose.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account, after which we delete or de-identify your data except where we must retain it by law or for safety and security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used under US state privacy laws. To exercise any right, email us. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. For users in the EU, UK, and similar regions, we rely on your consent, our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Age requirement

The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will terminate it and delete the data.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy, and the "last updated" date shows the current version.
