DMCA / Copyright Policy

MagikBox AI respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. This page explains how to send a takedown notice and a counter-notice.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on MagikBox AI infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@magikboxai.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:

your physical or electronic signature;
identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough detail for us to locate it (such as the URL or account);
your contact information (name and email);
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What we do

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted it. We will also account for the complaint under our repeat-infringer policy.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@magikboxai.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your contact information with consent to the jurisdiction described by the DMCA. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers and misrepresentation

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Be aware that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
