Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses MagikBox AI. MagikBox AI permits adult content between and depicting adults, but the limits below are absolute. Breaking them can result in immediate removal of content, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement.

Adult content is allowed, with hard limits

MagikBox AI is an adult, 18+ service. You may create and view explicit adult content, provided every depicted person is and appears to be an adult and the content does not violate the prohibitions below or any law that applies to you.

Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material

You must never use the service to create, request, upload, or share any sexual or sexualized content involving a minor (anyone under 18), whether real, fictional, animated, "aged-up," or AI-generated, and whether or not a real child exists. This includes content that depicts, describes, or implies a minor in a sexual context.

We have zero tolerance. We will remove such content, terminate the account, preserve relevant records, and report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law.

No non-consensual or real-person sexual content

You must not create or share sexual, nude, or intimate depictions of a real, identifiable person without that person's clear consent. This includes face-swapping, likeness cloning, or "deepfake" sexual content of any real individual, including public figures, acquaintances, and anyone whose image you upload without authorization.

You must not use the service for revenge porn, sextortion, blackmail, harassment, stalking, or to threaten or intimidate any person.

Other prohibited uses

You must not use the service to create, request, or distribute content or activity that:

depicts non-consensual sexual activity, or content that sexualizes incest, trafficking, or sexual violence presented as real;
depicts bestiality, or sexual content that a reasonable person would consider as portraying serious real-world harm;
infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights, or misappropriates a brand or person;
is unlawful, defamatory, or promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or serious self-harm;
attempts to identify, locate, or expose a private individual (doxxing);
distributes malware, attempts to breach security, scrapes the platform, or circumvents limits, filters, or safety systems;
misrepresents AI-generated content as real in order to deceive, defraud, or defame; or
violates any law that applies to you, or the lawful-use rules of the technology that powers the service.

Your responsibility and consent

When you upload an image of a person or generate content based on a real person, you confirm that the person is an adult and that you have that person's consent for the content you create. You are solely responsible for honoring these requirements.

Enforcement, reporting, and appeals

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and we may do so without notice. We cooperate with valid legal requests and report unlawful content as required by law.

To report content that violates this AUP, email support@magikboxai.com with enough detail for us to locate it. If you believe an enforcement action against your account was a mistake, you may appeal to the same address.
